Early childhood education plays a vital role in the formative years of a child. From our findings and years of working with children in disadvantaged communities, we encountered children in primary classes struggling with numerics, reading, writing and identification of colours, as a result of not having a quality early childhood education hence the creation of Sparkle Early Childhood Care and Development Center to improve cognitive skills and provide children within the ages of 3-5 years with quality early childhood education.
To expand our reach, Sparkle foundation commissioned her 2nd Early Learning Center located in Wesley Nursery and Primary school, Sagamu, Ogun State during the Children’s Day Smiley Faces Event on 27th May, 2022. The new Sparkle Early learning Center was equipped with learning material, teaching aids, writing materials and toys to improve learning and also make it fun for the children.
